Today

Today was a surprisingly good day. I'm glad, because this morning when I woke up, I really didn't want to get out of bed. But my computer and various types of school work were calling my name....

Well, ok. It wasn't my school, it was my mom. So I had no other choice than to, as we call it, "Roll Out." You know... as in "Roll out of bed." It's a fairly common term used in our house thats not generally directed at me,*hmm hmm dill hmm hmm.*

Well I had some not-so-good-for-you toaster waffles, cheese (Sharp Cheddar, and yes, I do know that it's kind of odd to be eating that for breakfast), and a cold glass of milk. A well rounded breakfast if I do say so myself. However, my mom did have to talk to me about eating cheese all the time. It's just so good! No carbs, and six grams of protein! It's like a super food!

After pondering through some school work, we loaded up and went to the Track. It's becoming a M-W-F habit. Hopefully we'll be able to keep it up. I walked two miles and ran a half mile. I know it's not much, but hey! I'm proud of it, because I usually get really bad headaches when I run. I am so excited because my meds are finally working and I'm shedding pounds -and inches! Yea!

Yesterday I had a very odd occurance. My mom and I were in the car driving out to "far away land" and as I was jamming to my sweet iPod, I saw this house. I pulled out my earbuds and thought about it. It was from a dream I had like three months ago. An old, beat up, farm house with a tree and fence. All along the same highway from my dream. I had never been on that highway before. Instantly I got this chill and it almost made me cry. It was deja vu and I knew that it was a good thing. I some how knew that God had put me in that place. I was right where I was supposed to be, doing what I was supposed to do. I was sincerely comforted.
